Vibe Coder Conference is dedicated to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and harassment-free experience for everyone — regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, technology choices, or experience level.
Our standards
We expect all participants — attendees, speakers, sponsors, and organizers — to uphold the following:
- Be respectful.Disagreement is fine; disrespect is not. Value each other's ideas, styles, and viewpoints.
- Be inclusive. Actively seek to include people who differ from you. Diverse perspectives make our community stronger.
- Be considerate. Your work and words will affect others. Be mindful of your impact on fellow participants.
- Be collaborative. Share knowledge freely. Help others learn and grow. Celebrate collective wins.
- Ask for help when unsure. Nobody is expected to know everything. Asking questions early avoids problems later.
Unacceptable behavior
The following behavior is not tolerated:
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form
- Offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion
- Sexual images or language in any conference venue or channel
- Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following
- Sustained disruption of talks or other events
- Unwelcome sexual attention or advances
- Advocating for or encouraging any of the above behavior
Virtual spaces
This Code of Conduct applies to all conference spaces, including but not limited to:
- Live-streamed sessions and keynotes
- Workshop rooms and breakout sessions
- Chat rooms, Q&A channels, and networking areas
- Hackathon submissions and team interactions
- Social media interactions using conference hashtags or in official channels
Enforcement
Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including:
- A warning to the offender
- Expulsion from the conference without refund
- Banning from future Vibe Coder Conference events
- Reporting to appropriate authorities if warranted

If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please report it as soon as possible:

All reports will be handled with discretion. We will not reveal the identity of the reporter without their consent.
