Vibe Coder Conference 2026 is a virtual event. Access requires a valid registration. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access to anyone who violates these Terms or our Code of Conduct.
All content on the Vibe Coder Conference website — including text, graphics, logos, and recordings — is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Speakers retain ownership of their presentation content but grant us a non-exclusive license to record, distribute, and promote their sessions.
By submitting content (e.g., speaker proposals, chat messages, hackathon projects), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote that content in connection with the conference.
All participants must adhere to our Code of Conduct. Violations may result in removal from the event without refund.
The conference and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to virtual sessions, and we are not liable for technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibe Coder Conference and its organizers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in the event.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
